Acupuncture
Inserting fine needles into specific points in the body can release tension and support healing.
The sensation can be strong, but shouldn’t feel uncomfortable. If you are anxious, please let us know; we can do a small trial and if you don’t enjoy it, there are other options. Most people are fine with acupuncture once they experience it!

Artemisia Heat Therapy
The herb Artemisia Vulgaris generates a deep and healing warmth when burned close to the skin, gently energising and rejuvenating the body.
This therapy is also known in Traditional Chinese Medicine as Moxibustion or Moxa.

Cupping
Cupping draws tissues into suction cups, helping to release fascia and increase blood circulation to promote healing.
Cupping leaves round marks on your skin for 1-2 weeks.
